The New Homes Bonus is a government funding stream that rewards District Authorities for delivering housing growth in their area.

Our District Council has allocated its share of the bonus to town & parish councils for projects that give tangible and visible benefits to the local community.

Great Dunmow has been allocated just under £70,000 and the Town Council wants to know what you would like this money spent on in the town. Or, if you are a local club, organisation or charity and would like to apply for funding, you could be eligible.
